Tycon Power Systems solar controllers are 3 stage PWM type battery charging controllers controlled by an industrial CPU. The 12/24V 20A capacity controllers designed specifically for 12V or 24V battery systems. They auto select for the correct voltage.

They have full electronic protections for short circuit, reverse current, overvoltage, overcharge and over discharge. They offer battery overdischarge protection by disconnecting the load when battery voltage reaches 22V (11V for 12V battery) and automatically reconnecting the load when battery voltage reaches 24.2V (12V for 12V battery).

They have three multifunction LED indicators to give a quick visual status of the load status, if battery is charging or fully charged, as well as any fault condition.

Connections are via 6 screw terminals for wire size up to 10AWG. The controllers are externally fused with a standard replaceable fuse. There are 4 screw holes for mounting.
