Cambium Networks XE5-8 is a radio Wi-Fi 6E Access point (AP), which contains two software-defined radios (SDR) in the 5/6 GHz band, two switchable radios in 5 GHz and one classic in the 2.4 GHz band. SDR radios allow SW configuration and switching between 5 GHz bands and 6 GHz. For switchable radius it is possible to use them as one 8x8 outside the radio or two called 4x4 outside. In addition, the AP contains Ble 4.1 module . This makes it possible to find the ideal configuration even for the most demanding environment. The Wi-Fi 6E technology provides higher network speed and allows multiple connected devices at higher connection quality. It is also fully backward compatible with existing Wi-Fi technology.

The XE5-8 model supports 4096 Qam and the width of the 160 MHz channel, which achieves overall transmittance in combination of all radio up to 16 Gbps . At once it is possible to connect up to 2500 clients and all modern features and standards are supported.
